First Minister Nicola Sturgeon and Cabinet Secretary for Communities and Local Government Aileen Campbell welcomed representatives from Scotland’s religious communities and interfaith organisations.
The summit was held at the Scottish Parliament during Scottish Interfaith Week. This year’s summit focused on the Year of Young People and how different faiths affect generational change.
First Minister said:
I always find that these Summits are a hugely valuable opportunity for the government to hear about the work of our interfaith community, and the main issues they are facing.”
